General Terms
- All returns must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- After 48 hours, refunds are not accepted for any product, except Clone Cards, which have a special refund window of up to 3 months under specific conditions.
- Return shipping must be made to the provided return address, which will be shared upon request.
- Items must be returned in the original condition and must not be tampered with.
Clone Cards – Return & Refund Conditions
- Each clone card comes with a digital signature that is securely attached and cannot be removed or altered by anyone except its original creator.
- This signature allows us to verify the usage and authenticity of the card for refund purposes.
- Refunds will only be approved if:
- The card is no longer valid or was not loaded properly
- The digital signature is intact and active
- The balance on the card is unchanged from the moment it was delivered
4. If you change your mind or no longer wish to use the card, you may return it (with signature still intact) to the given address for a partial refund.
5. Refunds will be denied if:
- The digital signature has been tampered with, altered, or disabled
- The balance on the card has been spent, partially or fully
- The return request is made In between 3 months
ATM Skimmers – Return & Refund Conditions
- Due to the technical nature and custom setup of ATM skimmers, refunds will not be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
Returns will only be accepted if:
- The skimmer was delivered non-functional
- There are proven defects or faults upon arrival
- No refunds or exchanges will be honored if the device shows signs of tampering or improper use.
Counterfeit Money – Return & Refund Conditions
Counterfeit banknotes are verified and quality-checked before shipping.
Refunds or returns are only possible if:
- The notes are visibly damaged
- A mistake was made in currency, amount, or denomination
We do not accept returns if the customer changes their mind or after the 48-hour window.
IDs, Passports & Licenses – Return & Refund Conditions
All IDs, passports, and licenses are custom-made per client request.
Refunds are only possible if:
- There is a production error (wrong name, photo, nationality, etc.)
- The document is not scannable or clearly unusable
No refunds for:
- Client changing their mind
- Typos or errors that were present in the submitted order
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
📦 Shipping and Return Process
All returned items must be shipped back to the designated return address provided by our team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
Refunds are issued only after inspection and verification of the returned product.
Processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
